Five steps to success

When we start a web project with our clients we follow a clear five-step process. The process is a tested method to ensure efficiency and the direct way to a successful high performing website. We always work very close with our clients to insure the website get the correct feel and atmosphere.

Your website is a reflection of you and your business, so it is crucial that we understand your business, goals, and expectations for the development of your website. When our clients have filled in the online information form, we will start to do some research in this particular business field, in order to define the competitors and determine which strategy to approach. With that information in our hand, we are ready to make a draft for the front page. This 'mock-up' stage is an excellent time for the client, to provide feedback and comments on the layout. We would continue to change and modify the draft until our client is 100% satisfied with the layout.

On this stage, our client has accepted the draft, and it is time for the first payment. (50% of the chosen web design package). When we have received the payment, we will then be ready to continue.

Once the design and functionality have been finalised, the actual construction and development of the website can begin. Now it is time for the development team to get in action. Throughout this stage, the website will be uploaded to a temporary domain, and you will be able to follow the progress for every single page. Feedback and comments are important on this stage, so we can create the site exactly as you want. The outcome of this stage is a complete operational website including all pages, functionality and features.

When the client is 100% satisfied with the final result, it is time for the last payment. When we have received the payment, we will upload the site to our client’s domain. Now the website is officially live. However, our work doesn’t stop here. We offer all clients 3 or 6 months free update and maintenance service from this day, and the client can get as many changes on the website as wanted inside this timeframe.

Search engine optimization is an additional service which is not included in the web design packages. The site itself is built with accessible search engine friendly structure, navigation and coding. But that doesn't guarantee high ranking in the major search engines. Our skilled SEO team will take over and launch our advanced Search Engine optimization program. This ensures that you will enjoy the full benefit of your new website with a favourable position in major search engines. We are one of the few web design companies offering a SEO ”no cure no pay” solution which means you are not going to pay for your high ranking before your site is listed on one of the first 2 pages in Google. Monthly fee for SEO is 43 Euros without any set up fee.
